Stevie Spring is currently a portfolio director, investor and advisor.
Stevie graduated in law and spent four years working in marketing prior to launching TV-AM breakfast television in the UK. She followed this up with a 16 year career in international communication agency management and before taking over as the UK Chief Executive of Clear Channel, the world’s largest out-of-home media and live entertainment. Stevie later joined specialist publisher Future PLC and became one of the few women to run a fully listed public company and where she led the company’s digital transformation.
Stevie is currently starting her third term as chair of BBC Children in Need and has previously chaired the Groundwork Foundation. She has served as Deputy Chair on the Board of the Professional Publishers Association (PPA) and lobbied for and spoken widely on the issues facing copyright protection.
