ALCS is going paperless.
What you need to know
Later this year we will be going paperless. You will no longer receive a paper statement by post but instead will receive an email to notify you that your statement is ready to download from the members’ area of the ALCS website.
What you need to do
Please make sure we have your up to date email address (send it to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your ALCS reference or use www.alcs.co.uk/signup) and if you haven’t already, then please sign up for the members’ area of our website www.alcs.co.uk/membersarea
You will be able to download current as well as previous statements from the members' area at a time that suits you.
Are you a successor member?
At the minute successor members’ aren’t able to access the members’ area, but we’re in the process of redeveloping our website and it’s our aim to make this service available to all by the end of the year.
We’ll keep you posted here, in ALCS News and on twitter as to progress and will contact those of you directly that we’ve got an email address for to let you know when it’s all up and running.
